We have been a recognized and eminent Northern Ohio law firm since the American Civil War. We have retained our founders’ principles and values, but our staff, office sites and primary practice areas have evolved to serve clients from around the world. Our success is a result of our dedication to the principles and values of our founders. From a single office in Wooster, Ohio, our firm has grown to 38 attorneys in four offices throughout northeast and north central Ohio.
