Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. is pleased to announce that James B. Fraifogl, Ian R. Hoke and Kristy N. Rothenbuhler have joined the firm as Attorneys who will be practicing in the area of oil and gas law. The new attorneys will be based in CCJ’s Millersburg office.

James B. (“Ben”) Fraifogl graduated from Ashland University and the University of Notre Dame School of Law. While attending Law School, Fraifogl interned at the Navy Legal Services, Great Lakes Detachment, and he completed his externship at the St. Joseph County Public Defender’s Office in South Bend, Indiana.

Ian R. Hoke graduated from Ohio University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While attending Law School, Hoke completed his externship at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. Ian served in the Ohio Army National Guard for seven years while attending college, including a tour of duty in Iraq.

Kristy N. Rothenbuhler graduated from Muskingum College and The University of Akron School of Law. While attending Law School, Rothenbuhler gained experience in oil and gas by working as a Title Abstractor in various counties in New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.
