We maintain an in-house title agency, Heartland Title Agency, LLC, that operates offices in Wooster, Millersburg and Mount Vernon. Through Heartland, we provide our clients access to public records searches, title insurance policies and real estate settlement services for virtually all real estate transactions. We manage annexations, lot splits, site plan and plat approvals and other real estate matters.
