In re World Metals, Inc., 313 B.R. 720, 54 UCC Rep.Serv.2d 754, Bankr.N.D.Ohio, Aug. 26, 2004

Dodd v. Keybank, 2006 WL 62432, 2006-Ohio-93, Ohio App. 8th Dist., Jan. 12, 2006.  Represented bank's employee who was sued for negligent investment advice and breach of fiduciary duty.  Independently drafted all pleadings and motions to win the case on summary judgment and its subsequent appeal to the Eighth District Court of Appeals.

  • Extensive experience in civil litigation, including participation in numerous depositions, mediations and court hearings
  • Experience in foreclosure related matters and lender liability issues
  • Participated in a two-day mediation, with at least thirty attorneys, to mediate and settle a complex case dealing with multiple issues, including, but not limited to, mortgage fraud and foreclosure
  • Extensive experience in litigating creditors' rights in bankruptcy court, including adversary proceedings for fraudulent transfer, nondischargeability, avoidance and priority of liens
  • Worked on family and business immigration issues including obtaining non-immigrant and immigrant visas
