Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd., is a firm of attorneys practicing in Wooster (county seat of Wayne County),
Millersburg (county seat of Holmes County), Medina (county seat of Medina County), and Mount Vernon
(county seat of Knox County), Ohio. While our practice concentrates in Wayne, Holmes, Medina and
Knox and all surrounding counties, we have a sophisticated practice and regularly work with law

business taxation, labor, employment regulation, commercial real estate, oil and gas, creditor's rights,
municipal and zoning, administrative, insurance, pension and profit sharing, securities and litigation
in all state and federal courts. A substantial area of practice also includes individual-oriented work,
such as estate planning, administration of estates, residential real estate, consumer litigation and
