| Associate Attorney Opportunities |
|
CC&J fosters an environment for associate attorneys which includes
one-on-one mentoring, training, and an open-door policy between and among every
attorney in the firm. CC&J believes that the best way to grow professionally
is to share ideas in a collegial atmosphere in which each attorney is permitted
to develop his or her specialized skills over a period of time.
Practice areas include but are not limited to general business and corporate,
banking, estate planning, tax, real estate, probate, labor and employment,
workers' compensation, employee benefits plans, municipal law, personal injury,
and virtually all areas of litigation.
CC&J offers a competitive salary, the potential for annual increases and
annual bonus, a 401(k) program, health insurance, life insurance, long-term
disability insurance, payment of bar association dues and CLE expenses, and
other fringe benefits.
CC&J provides services from offices in five
north central Ohio locations: Wooster, Medina, Millersburg and Mount Vernon and Centerburg.
Opportunities for employment vary from time to time. We encourage you to submit
your resume for consideration.
Inquiries regarding associate employment
should be made to John H. Schaeffer, chairman of CC&J's Recruiting Committee,
at schaeffer@ccj.com.

| Summer Clerk Opportunities |
|
CC&J typically hires between two and four law students to serve as summer
clerks in any of our five locations. Many of CC&J's current members and
associate attorneys first got to know the firm through participating in the
summer clerk program.
Summer clerks are given a wide variety of
assignments, with the goal of working with as many attorneys as possible
throughout the summer. While most projects are research-orientated, clerks are
also given the opportunity to interact with clients, attend depositions and
trials, and participate in other matters of interest.
Summer clerks also
are invited to a number of social events throughout the summer with the goal of
having the attorneys in the firm get to know the clerks on a personal level.
Inquiries regarding the summer clerk program should be made to John H. Schaeffer,
chairman of CC&J's Recruiting Committee, at schaeffer@ccj.com.

| Paralegal Opportunities |
|
Although employment needs vary from time to time, CC&J is always interested
in hearing from highly qualified persons looking for paralegal opportunities. As
a general rule, paralegals should have a paralegal certificate, associate degree
or bachelor's degree in a related field. Excellent written, verbal and research
skills are essential.
A competitive salary and benefits package, as well
as reimbursement for approved continued training and education, are offered. For
additional information, contact Betty Firebaugh, Human Resource Manager, at firebaugh@ccj.com.
