We have considerable experience in commercial litigation, including contract claims, insurance disputes, construction litigation, mineral litigation including oil and gas, coal and timber, and all types of tort cases. A particular specialty is employment related litigation, such as defending claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, Workers' Compensation, OSHA, EEOC and OCRC, and other laborcases. We also handle other types of litigation related to dealings with government agencies at all levels.
