Particular areas of emphasis include litigation of wrongful termination claims; employment discrimination charges, including representation before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the EEOC; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements; grievance processing and arbitration; organizational campaigns and elections; wage and hour issues; review and implementation of employment contracts and handbooks; OSHA issues; and Workers' Compensation matters for both state-funded and self-insured employers.
