Mount Vernon Office
After WWII, Jack Zeller, a resident of Glenmont, Ohio established a law practice in Mount Vernon. He eventually joined in practice with William Mosholder and Richard Ritter. After William Mosholder was elected probate judge, James Ronk then joined the practice. Kim Rose joined the practice in 1982.
In 1990 James Ronk was elected probate Judge and Jack Zeller passed away. Richard and Kim practiced together until December 31, 1999, when they merged with CCJ.James “Jim” Norris practiced in Centerburg, Ohio for nearly 30 years. He and Kim shared a title agency to serve their real estate clients for a period of time in the 90’s. After the merger of Zeller, Ritter and Rose, Jim also brought his practice in to CCJ in 2000.CCJ has served clients at its Mt. Vernon location at 10 S. Gay Street since completion of the Critchfield building in 2002.
