Overview
Madeline Fuller is an associate in the firm’s corporate department, where she assists clients in navigating transactional, governance, and regulatory matters. Maddie has an integrated and practical understanding of corporate functions—knowledge that she utilizes to assist clients with the unique needs of their corporate operation.
Prior to joining Critchfield, Maddie held legal internships at Dana Incorporated and The University of Toledo Human Resources and Talent Development Department.
In addition, Maddie has completed Basic Mediation Training as required and approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio. She has mediated and facilitated negotiations with claimants involved in a variety of small claims and civil matters through Lucas County Municipal Court.
