Olivia Biltz is an associate in Critchfield’s Millersburg office, focusing on real estate, estate planning, and general corporate matters. As a licensed title agent, Olivia focuses on solving title issues for residential and commercial transactions. Olivia is returning to Critchfield after serving as a clerk during law school and is thrilled to be a team member of a firm that is a valued member of the community.
Olivia loves to cook, camp, go on long walks, and attend musicals whenever she can. In the summertime, you can find Olivia near any body of water, swimming, and kayaking.
