Education & Experience


Jacob Dean is a Member with the firm’s corporate department. He works with both for-profit and nonprofit clients on complex transactional, governance, and regulatory matters. He frequently represents clients on matters before the Internal Revenue Service and state agencies. He currently serves as the membership subcommittee chair of the ABA Business Law Section’s Nonprofit Organizations Committee. 

Prior to joining the firm, Jacob worked in the tax department of a Fortune 100 company and as an attorney with a boutique law firm in Washington DC.
