Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. is seeking an experienced full-time Estate Planning Legal Assistant for their Wooster, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and someone seeking an excellent opportunity in a career in estate planning and law. This position will provide essential administrative and legal support, ensuring the efficient processing of client matters related to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work location: In person

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Knowledge of office practices and procedures, correct use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling required. Prior experience in an administrative or legal support role is highly desirable.
