Overview
Juliann is an associate attorney in Critchfield’s Ashland office with experience in environmental consulting, oil & gas, real property transactions, general corporate matters, and estate planning. Her environmental background gives her a unique perspective in the legal field and allows her to knowledgeably handle clients’ environmental, agricultural, and regulatory issues. Growing up in a small family business, she understands the frustrations business owners face when navigating the regulatory schemes governing their trade and is happy to educate and guide her clients through those complex areas of law to ensure compliance. Additionally, Juliann takes pride in her work and finds great joy in helping aging individuals effectuate their estate planning and retirement goals. As an Ashland University graduate, she is excited to be back in Ashland and serving the wonderful residents of Ashland County through her legal services.
