Overview
Margaret “Maggie” Kaniecki is an associate in Critchfield’s Millersburg office, focusing her practice on real estate, estate planning, and general business matters. Maggie is returning to Critchfield after previously serving as a law clerk with the firm while earning her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
While in law school, Maggie served as president of the Student Bar Association and broadened her legal education through externships with the City of Cleveland Law Department, The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, and Vermont Law School’s Center for Agriculture and Food Systems.
Maggie’s interest in real estate and community development is complemented by her undergraduate degree in city and regional planning from The Ohio State University. Before law school, she gained hands-on experience with the City of Dublin’s planning department and the Village of Somerset.
