Bob Berry serves Of Counsel in the firm’s Medina office. During the course of his legal career, Bob has focused on general corporate, M&A, and banking-related matters. He has assisted several banks and bank holding company clients through growth and regulatory issues, and in his M&A practice, represented both buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from $1 million to several hundred million dollars.
In yet another facet of his practice, Bob has drafted and negotiated agreements involving software licensing and development, technology investment, trademark protection and licensing, contracting, and issues related to website development and hosting, as well as electronic commerce.
Given his many relationships with individuals across the Medina County business community, Bob has also developed a healthy practice counseling family business owners in matters of succession planning.
