Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Alecia J. Vidika has joined the firm’s Medina office, bringing more than 30 years of experience in probate, estate planning, trust administration, and real estate law.
Alecia is recognized for her practical and compassionate approach to helping individuals and families plan for the future, navigate the complexities of estate administration, and manage a wide range of real estate matters. Her work includes drafting wills and trusts, assisting with end‑of‑life planning, guiding clients through property transactions, and advising on deeds, land installment contracts, lot splits, and related issues.

Alecia frequently travels to clients’ homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals to ensure comfort and accessibility during sensitive times. She proudly serves individuals and families throughout Lorain, Medina, Huron, and Ashland counties.
Alecia earned her J.D. from Capital University Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University. She is admitted to practice in Ohio and is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Medina County Bar Association, and the Lorain County Bar Association. She has also been recognized by the Medina County Bar Association for 25 years of service.
Outside the office, Alecia enjoys traveling and spending time with her two sons and their families in Florida and Tennessee. She is a proud grandmother of four and is affectionately known as “Nonna” by her grandchildren.
