Juliann G. Cochran
Juliann joins our Ashland office, bringing a strong background in environmental consulting, oil & gas, real property, corporate law, estate planning, and elder law. She graduated summa cum laude from Ohio Northern University School of Law, where she served as Symposium Editor of the Law Review. She earned her B.S. summa cum laude from Ashland University. A proud Ashland alum, Juliann is excited to serve Ashland County residents with insight and compassion.
Shannon M. Fitzpatrick
Shannon joins our Medina office, focusing her practice on corporate and business law and real estate. A summa cum laude graduate of both The University of Akron School of Law and The University of Akron, Shannon previously clerked at Critchfield and contributed to Akron Law’s Reentry Clinic and the Ohio Governor’s Expedited Pardon Project. She also served as a Contract Law Academic Success Fellow.
Brianna L. Schmidt
Brianna joins our Wooster office, where she will concentrate on litigation and employment matters. She earned her J.D. cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of Barristers and competed in moot court. A magna cum laude graduate of The College of Wooster, Brianna clerked with Critchfield for two summers and gained hands-on experience through her law school’s appellate litigation clinic.
