Description
Our Wooster office seeks a full-time corporate attorney to handle negotiating and drafting of all types of agreements and advising clients on basic business matters. Well-qualified candidates will have experience as first or second chair on mergers and acquisitions transactions, real estate purchase transactions, and/or commercial leases, and compliance. Experience with ERISA, employee benefits, or tax planning matters is a plus.
