Associate Attorney – Real Estate – Wooster

Our Wooster office seeks a full-time real estate attorney who will assist clients with nationwide real estate portfolios and draft residential and commercial real property sales and lease agreements, as well as other core real estate transaction documents.  Candidates will also negotiate and draft financing documents; review real estate due diligence documents; and coordinate residential and commercial real estate closings.  Experience in investigating and resolving title and title insurance matters is also desirable.
