Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd., a regional law firm with five offices in Northeast Ohio, is seeking a full-time, highly organized, and detail-oriented corporate paralegal to assist the firm’s corporate attorneys. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our corporate practice and work alongside talented professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The corporate paralegal will prepare documents required for the formation of a variety of business entities, maintain corporate record minute books, and assist with a range of business transactions and documents.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.

Work location: In person

Compensation will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Corporate paralegal experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of document formatting and confidentiality principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with legal management software or document management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
