Receptionist/Legal Assistant – Medina

Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. is seeking an experienced full-time Receptionist/Legal Assistant for their Medina, Ohio office. The ideal candidate must be personable, professional, and have a positive attitude. Experience answering a multi-line phone system, direct calls, and making appointments is required. This position will provide essential administrative and legal support, ensuring the efficient processing of client matters related to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

High school diploma or GED required. Knowledge of office practices and procedures, correct use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling required. Prior experience in an administrative or legal support role is highly desirable.
