Susan E. Baker, a member at Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd, has been appointed to the Ohio State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Law Specialty Board for a four year term.
The Specialty Board sets standards for eligibility, reviews applications, determines eligibility, prepares written exams and hears appeals for licensed attorneys who seek to become specialists. Ms. Baker has been an OSBA certified specialist in Workers Compensation for fourteen years and is a past chair of the OSBA Workers Compensation Committee. She represents employers in workers compensation matters both administratively and in state court.
