Proper is an Ohio State Bar Association Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law and has nearly 30 years of experience advising individuals, families, and business owners on sophisticated estate planning, wealth‑transfer strategies, and business succession planning. His expanded licensure enhances the firm’s ability to serve clients with multistate estate, tax, and business interests, particularly those with Florida‑Ohio connections.
