Dan Calvin focuses his practice on real estate, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, succession planning, and a wide range of transactional matters.
In addition to his real estate practice, he provides strategic counsel to businesses and entrepreneurs, guiding them through the purchase and sale of existing businesses, as well as the formation and dissolution of corporations, limited liability companies, and other entities. With experience across industries such as retail, healthcare, professional services, manufacturing, agriculture, and food service, Dan helps clients navigate the complexities of transactions of all sizes.
In addition to his business law practice, Dan offers comprehensive real estate representation, assisting clients with the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. His integrated approach ensures that clients are supported through every phase of a transaction, including title insurance, financing, land use, and zoning matters.
Dan is also President of the firm’s wholly owned subsidiary, Heartland Title Agency. As both an attorney and title agent, he works closely with realtors, buyers, sellers, and lenders throughout Ohio, facilitating title and closing services for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
