Kimberly L. Hall

Overview

Kimberly Hall is the chair of the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group and is certified as a specialist by the Ohio State Bar Association in Labor and Employment Law. She focuses her practice on counseling employers in employment law matters and regularly assists employers in complying with the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Kim is also experienced in defending employers in collective action/class action wage and hour lawsuits.

Kim has represented employers in state and federal court, before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board. She also represents employers in OSHA and workers’ compensation matters.

Outside the office

Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, Brock, and cats, Brittany, Rick, and Jessica. She also enjoys reading and watching historical documentaries.
