Peggy J. Schmitz

Overview

Peggy Schmitz practiced law for over 40 years, starting her career as an assistant county prosecutor in Wayne County. After joining Critchfield over 30 years ago, Peggy focused her practice on employment and labor law matters, particularly those that entail litigation. In addition, Peggy had devoted a portion of her practice to matters related to higher education law.

Outside the office

Peggy stays busy in retirement wearing out her hiking and running shoes, practicing yoga, reading, getting reacquainted with her piano, and traveling whenever possible. Peggy and her husband, Mike, especially enjoy spending time with their children and grandson.
