Critchfield Adds New Associates to Firm Roster

Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston, Ltd. is pleased to announce that three attorneys have joined the firm as associates.

Madeline K. Fuller is a member of the firm’s business and corporate team and is based in the Wooster office, where she engages in corporate transactional work. Prior to joining the firm, Fuller held legal internships at Dana Incorporated and The University of Toledo Human Resources and Talent Development Department. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law.

Easton E. Saltsman is based in the firm’s Medina office. Saltsman is a member of the firm’s corporate and business law team and focuses his practice on corporate transactions, financing, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. He received his juris doctor from George Mason University School of Law in 2017. During law school, Saltsman took advantage of the immense legal opportunities offered in the Washington D.C. metro area, gaining invaluable insight into regulatory matters by interning at numerous federal government agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, General Services Administration, and Department of Justice, Tax Division.

Kaleigh E. Talaganis is also based in the firm’s Medina office. She is a member of both the corporate and business law, and the estate planning groups, where she focuses her practice on transactional corporate matters as well as business and succession planning and general estate issues. Talaganis is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Akron School of Law, where she was Production Editor of the Akron Law Review. While in law school, she served as a legal intern at Forest City Realty Trust in Cleveland.
