Lyndsey N. Krownapple

Overview

Lyndsey Krownapple is an associate with the firm’s Employment, Litigation, and Construction practice groups. Lyndsey’s diverse litigation experience includes collection matters for banking clients, probate and trust disputes, employment litigation, and construction cases.

When she is not in court, Lyndsey assists clients with everyday employment and HR matters. She regularly reviews and drafts workplace policies and procedures and helps employers comply with antidiscrimination and wage and hour regulations. Lyndsey is also well-versed in construction law such as the Home Construction Service Suppliers Act and the Consumer Sales Practices Act. She has litigated these issues representing both homeowners and contractors, which gives her a unique perspective when assisting general contractors and construction companies with compliance and contract drafting.

Outside the office

Lyndsey and her husband, Kyle, live in Mount Vernon with their cats, Sebastian and Phoebe. In her free time, Lyndsey enjoys playing slow-pitch softball, reading, and traveling.
